Early Bird (on or before April 4, 2008) - $250
Regular Registration (after April 4, 2008) - $300
Early Bird for Graduate Student (on or before April 4, 2008) - $175
Graduate Student Registration (after April 4, 2008) - $250
Pre-Conference Workshops (conducted concurrently on May 21, 2008) - $20 unless noted
- All conference participants including speakers must register and pay for the conference.
- Cancellations must be received prior to May 1, 2008 in order to receive a refund less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations after May 1, 2008 will not be refunded; however, a substitute may attend for the registered attendee.
- Registration fees include lunches listed in the conference program.

Registration is now open. Please use one of the forms below to register for the conference, pre-conference workshops, and guest meal tickets if appropriate. Payment can be made using a purchase order, MasterCard or Visa. (No personal checks accepted.)
