Host Campus Email Addresses
THIS INFORMATION CONCERNS ALL STUDENTS ENROLLED IN UT TELECAMPUS COURSES
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING EMAIL ADDRESSES AT HOST CAMPUSES
Because each UT campus has a different, internal email policy, it is important that, as an online student, you are aware of the email policies at your home and host campus(es). After a registration request has been approved in the TeleCampus Information System (TIS), a student may be assigned a host campus email address to which multiple, important pieces of correspondence may be sent. Your awareness of this is more likely to ensure receipt of important messages from various offices including the Office of the Registrar, Financial Aid/Veterans Affairs Offices, and even UTTC instructors.
It is important that you activate each campus email address that is assigned to you. In some cases you may forward messages sent to your host campus email address to your preferred email address, whether that be your home campus email address or a personal Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, etc. account.
Details regarding each UT campus email policy are below along with contact information.
