(For a listing of the courses required for the program, click on each option listed above. To find out when the courses will be offered, link to the course catalog, select the program and click search. Catalog search results will return the schedules for at least two semesters, but not all programs are scheduled that far in advance.)
All of the participating UT System universities are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. UT Arlington, UT Dallas, UT El Paso, UT Pan American, UT Permian Basin, UT San Antonio, and UT Tyler are also accredited by AACSB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.)
UTMB offers a concurrent enrollment program. While UT Dallas contributes courses to the UT TeleCampus MBA Online program, they offer a Global MBA Online program following a different degree plan.
GetEducated.com awarded the University of Texas System's MBAO program with a "Best Buy Distance MBA Award" in their survey of accredited AACSB distance learning MBAs. This designation is given to programs that have been found to offer a high quality distance degree to a national audience at tuition rates well below the national average. Rankings are based on an average of tuition and fees from participating institutions.
The U.S. Distance Learning Association presented its 2001 Excellence in Distance Learning Programming - Higher Education Award to the MBA Online, UT TeleCampus Program.
