Course Description
Positive Psychology is the scientific approach to the study of what makes for a successful and happy life. It emphasizes how individuals flourish and are resilient even in the face of life's obstacles. Such success is examined both on the individual level of emotional and behavioral strengths and on the level of institutions such as schools, the work place and the nation. The student will gain personal knowledge of how they can increase their own strenghs as well as those of their community and nation.
