Students enhance professional effectiveness in documents, interpersonal communication, organizational communication, and research. The course covers theories and techniques of persuasion, logic, and reasoning to solve problems, make recommendations, and manage information flow; organizational communication strategies and knowledge management; effective project planning and time management; development of complex documents that synthesize research, exhibit good design and mechanics, and reflect excellence in organization, clarity, conciseness, and accuracy; development of high-impact business presentation skills.
