Course Description
This seminar focuses on theories about borders. It will cover concepts such as boundaries, borders, frontiers and borderlands as well as the politics, economics, and other themes that occur therein. An understanding of border theory allows us to explain border phenomena as well as topics relating to geography, international relations, anthropology, environmental studies, economics, and other fields and disciplines.
