This course will offer a comparative view of public administration focused on Mexico and the United States. The course will include different geographical regions as necessary and will place special emphasis on the roles and functions of government, markets and civil society in collective decision-making to achieve agreed ends in society to improve citizens’ quality of life. Issues addressed include: balance, reform, and linkages between and among the local, regional, and international levels of public administration
