Course Description

College algebra is a course that can be used to fulfill mathematics requirements for general education programs and serves as prerequisite requirements for higher level mathematics courses. It is designed to help students develop their mathematical ability and enhance their understanding of underlying concepts. The concepts that will be taught in this course include polynomials, as relations and functions; exponential and logarithmic functions; systems of equations and inequalities; sequences and series; and probability.
