Course Description
This course introduces students to the IT consulting framework, a vital component in the proper practice of Instructional Systems Design. The course will focus specifically on the consulting/interpersonal relations of the ISD process in Educational Technology. Students will utilize the IT Consulting framework as a guide for partnering with clients, collecting and analyzing data, creating recommendations, and delivering instructional solutions to clients. The IT consultant framework provides a blueprint for developing advisory skills, providing quality services, and building successful client relationships.
