Course Description
This course includes the study of the use of hypermedia, hypertext, and multimedia for instruction. Basic study focuses on hardware and software capabilities, selection and implementation. It also includes customizing and creating information, integrating text, graphics, video, music, voice, and animation.
In this course you will learn a process for building curriculum webs - web pages designed to support curriculum - from the early planning stages through design of the web pages, using the finished products in classrooms or training centers. This course reflects our understanding of what teachers/trainers need to learn to create curriculum webs, and discusses ways teachers/trainers can use the World Wide Web as a educational resource for instruction.
