Students will read, reflect, and respond to 36 current articles from seven major literacy journals. All articles are available on-line through electronic databases. Organized around a social constructivist philosophy, LIST 5325 affords students many opportunities to dialogue with their peers and professors in the discussion groups and through email. Students are required to participate in reader response through these discussions, and in addition, will publish a web page which will serve as electronic portfolio which publicly exhibits their work.
